Role Overview

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our Critical Care team. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our clinical pharmacy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Critical Care team to deliver high-quality patient care and participate in daily consultant-led ward rounds.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the clinical pharmacy service in response to emerging challenges and capacity issues.
  • Apply expertise to proactively influence prescribing and improve patient outcomes in a patient-focused environment.
Requirements
  • Master of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Equivalent competence as mapped to the Post Registration Foundation Pharmacist Framework.
