We are currently recruiting for a diagnostic radiographer to join our team at Ayrshire Central Hospital. As a diagnostic radiographer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by assessing, diagnosing and interpreting medical images.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for participating in screening sessions, review clinics and traveling to mobile unit locations as needed.

Applicants must have a strong academic background in radiography, with qualifications including HPC registration, DCR or BSc. in Radiography, Certificate of Competence in Mammography or Post Graduate Certificate in Mammography, and Post Graduate Mammographic Film Interpretation qualification (Masters level). At least 2 years experience in general radiography is also required.
