Enterprise Sales Director

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for running and developing named accounts, including account planning, execution, business development, delivery, risk management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large client engagements, pre-sales activities, and successful programme/project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting direction and plans for named accounts in agreement with the Sector/Regional Leadership Team, regularly reviewing progress against measurable objectives.
- Agreeing account priorities to achieve agreed direction.
- Effectively reporting on direction and progress with Staff, Sector/Regional Leadership Team, and clients where appropriate.
- Defining and maintaining account plans to align with agreed account goals and priorities set by the Sector/Regional Leadership Team, including sales, revenue, and margin quotas.
- Ensuring timely winning and contracting of new business to align with sales and revenue targets, as well as maintaining a smooth staffing profile.
- Developing and adapting team structures to support roles and account requirements.
- Proactively investigating, understanding, and reacting to specific client dynamics, trends, and implications for clients, all with a view to developing additional business.
- Developing and maintaining broad senior relationships to understand issues and opportunities, utilising senior Kainos staff to gain higher-level access.
- Promoting all Kainos offerings to clients and staff, seeking out full Kainos Group opportunities where possible.
- Leading operational aspects of account(s), including business development, commercial performance, forecasting, and cashflow.
- Forming and maintaining strong relationships at Account level.
- Delivering medium-scale engagements in the Sector/Region.
- Employing sustainable and profitable delivery models in line with the company culture.
- Managing risk and reporting ongoing with active quality assurance.
- Establishing clear reporting lines and responsibilities within teams, ensuring effective and resilient succession planning.
- Developing and adhering to Group People strategies to engage, develop, retain, and attract top talent in the market.
- Maintaining Kainos company culture, modelling behaviours and values that exemplify affiliative company culture.
Minimum Requirements:
- Leading large client engagements for services businesses.
- Leading pre-sales/business development activities and bids.
- Proven track record of planning and implementing successful programmes/projects.
- Highly knowledgeable of People, Culture & Talent Development, Finance, Planning and Evaluation, and Business Development areas.
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines according to complex, changing or ambiguous business requirements.
- Ambassador of the brand internally and externally, displaying professional, credible, and positive image and attitude for Kainos.
- Leading, growing, and motivating effective teams.
- Innovative and driven in identifying ways to develop new business.
Kainos offers a competitive salary range between $120,000-$200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
