Learning and Development HR Business Partner

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development HR Business Partner to join our team at Plaza Premium Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our Europe Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies and programs to drive business growth and employee development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses that meet the needs of our employees.
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze training data, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to inform future development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on talent development, career pathing, and performance management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our learning programs are aligned with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Higher education in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with knowledge of food and beverage operations and training.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
