We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to lead our Europe Region L&D function at Plaza Premium Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning and development strategy to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies and programs for the Europe Region, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and industry requirements.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure effective learning solutions.
- Assess the success of development plans and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support managers in developing their team members through career pathing and performance management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes.
- Higher education in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in hospitality and training in food and beverage operations is highly desirable.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.
