We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Partner to lead our Europe Region L&D function, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategic direction and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies and programs for the Europe Region.
  • Design and deliver training and professional development initiatives for company employees.
  • Identify and leverage employee talents, fostering growth and development to their full potential.
  • Maintain a strong focus on meeting the needs of both learners and the organization.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs, including e-learning courses, career plans, and workshops.
  • Manage budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Evaluate the success of development plans and provide opportunities for employees to maximize their learning.
  • Support managers in developing their team members through career pathing.
  • Track and negotiate contracts, ensuring effective use of resources.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in HR or related fields.
  • Higher education in HR or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in hospitality and training, with knowledge of food and beverage operations, is mandatory.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
