Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Training Partner to lead our Europe Region L&D function. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring alignment with our overall business strategic direction and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assess the effectiveness of development plans and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop career pathing strategies and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them reach their full potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Higher education in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
