Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of youth justice principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant professional qualification, such as a Social Work Degree or Professional Qualification in Probation, is also essential. Alternatively, you may hold the Youth Justice Effective Practice Certificate and Foundation Degree in Youth Justice, along with relevant training and experience.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
