Drive Business Growth in the DACH Region

We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our team as a DACH Sales Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth in the DACH region, leveraging your sales expertise and knowledge of the Saas space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure maximum value from their investment in purchased software.
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and expand existing client base.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Native-level German speaker with excellent English skills.
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in the Saas space.
  • High-energy sales professional with sound business acummen and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission structure with opportunities to earn up to €20,000 per year.
