Sales Performance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to join our team at ABR Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing a portfolio of clients.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide value-driven solutions using a range of marketing automation and insight tools. Your goal will be to drive retention and upsell by identifying commercial opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of clients generating around £400k per annum in revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B Client/Account Management, ideally with a marketing aligned SaaS solution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus.
