About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our HR department. As an Administrative Assistant - HR Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing HR processes and records. You will also be required to administer recruitment, induction, staff review, training and development, disciplinary and staff exit processes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and team working skills, as well as good planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR processes and records.
  • Administer recruitment, induction, staff review, training and development, disciplinary and staff exit processes.
  • Liaise with finance on staff pay and pension issues.

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Microsoft Office fluency.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8am – 5pm, Friday: 8am – 12pm.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
