Job Description

In this role as a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing casework, and resolving customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer pension services, meeting set targets and deadlines.
  • Review and validate casework to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware.
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills.
