We are recruiting an Optical Assistant to join our team at Duncan & Todd Opticians & Hearing Care practice in Thurso on a full-time basis working 37 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Inquiries: Handling all patient queries via telephone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Stock Management: Processing deliveries and collections of stock.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining patient records, databases, and NHS paperwork.
  • Housekeeping Duties: Ensuring the practice is clean, tidy, and presentable.
