SEN Support Worker Role

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Support Worker to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. This role offers a competitive salary of £110-125 per day and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND needs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing SEN support to small groups of children, working closely with the school team to implement positive behaviour management strategies, and planning and delivering targeted SEND interventions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing SEN support to small groups of children
  • Collaborating with the school team to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Planning and delivering targeted SEND interventions to support student progress and learning
  • Building strong relationships with parents to ensure ongoing development and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Holding an HLTA qualification (preferred but not essential)Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with ASD and emotional health needsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA valid DBS and the ability to provide two references
