Job Summary:
This Support Worker - Adults with Learning Disabilities role requires a caring and patient individual to provide high-quality support to adults with complex needs. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to creating a supportive community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Encourage and enable individuals to participate in activities that promote social interaction and skill-building
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care
What You'll Receive:
- An estimated salary of £26,500 - £32,500 per annum, based on location and experience
