**Contract Length:** 3 Months

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Assess clients' substance misuse, mental health, social needs, and risks.
  • Create individualised treatment and recovery plans based on clients' needs, goals, and circumstances.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery.
