Mental Health and Family Support Professional

Tripod Partners is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health and Family Support Professional to join our Assessment and Intervention Team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, family support, and social work, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for working with families to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans, and for providing emotional support and guidance to help them navigate challenging situations.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £30 per hour, which is competitive in the industry and reflects the level of expertise required.

Working Arrangements:

This role offers hybrid working, with office-based days twice a week and flexible working from home on other days, except for duty weeks when you will be based in the office and expected to be available, including late visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with families to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help families navigate challenging situations
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare workers, to ensure that children receive comprehensive support
