Job Description

We are seeking a Community Mental Health Professional to join our team at Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Adult Social Care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mental health services to service users in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services in the community
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans
  • Work with other agencies to provide holistic care
Requirements
  • Qualified social worker with AMHP Status and registered with Social Work England
  • Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW or equivalent Social Work England Registration
  • Full Driving Licence
Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £43,714 - £50,745 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a 37-hour working week, use of pool cars, management support, and access to training opportunities.
