Community Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Community Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to tenants, enabling them to create a mutually sustainable environment.
Key Responsibilities- To provide administrative support and manage the building in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- To assist tenants with support planning and advice, ensuring maximum support for independent living.
- To travel to other sites as required, recognising and identifying care needs of tenants.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working with vulnerable individuals. A salary of £21,840 per annum is on offer for this full-time position.
