  • This role requires identifying and addressing potential risks and barriers to care, working closely with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach.
  • The Learning Disability Team Worker will engage with adults and carers using a collaborative approach to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practice and legislation is crucial for this position.
  • The selected candidate will participate in training activities and contribute to the development of the team.
  • Pursuing ongoing learning and development opportunities is essential for success in this role.
  • Undertaking health and safety duties commensurate with the job is also required.
  • The role may involve performing other duties and training as required.

A salary of £**35,000 - £40,000 per annum**, depending on experience, is offered for this position. Requirements include a social Work Qualification or equivalent and a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
