Mental Health and Learning Disability Practitioner

This role requires a Social Worker with experience in working with Adults and/or Children with disabilities, including multi-disciplinary working, knowledge of relevant legislation, and delivering high-quality services to service users and carers.
You will work collaboratively with a range of professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless service delivery, with a focus on Adults & Health, specifically Learning Disabilities & Mental Health.

Key RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A recognised Social Work Qualification and registration with the SWE.
