Inclusive Learning Assistant

About this Opportunity
\We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN and contributing to their academic and personal growth.
\Your key responsibilities will include:
\- \
- Offering individual and group support to students with SEN, helping them develop their skills and confidence\
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment\
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to SEN students' needs\
- Monitoring student progress, managing challenging behaviour, and maintaining effective communication with staff and parents\
- Supporting the teacher by leading small group activities and maintaining a well-organised and positive classroom\
- Meeting the necessary qualifications and experience, including a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree, and preferably some experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant\\[
