We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Growth Manager to join our team at ASC Connections Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business development and sales growth in the UK market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of CNC tools and workholding requirements, with previous experience in technical sales engineering or business development within cutting tools / workholding equipment.

As a Key Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and developing the account base for the UK, working closely with area sales managers. You will also manage multiple projects with varying sales cycles, identify new opportunities, convert leads, and arrange visits with customers across various manufacturing sectors.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing sales and volume of end-users of the product, reporting sales figures and pipeline activity, and working closely with partners to maintain relationships and promote products effectively.

You will also present to customers, offering technical solutions relevant to their needs, maintain regular contact with clients through after-sales visits and evaluations, and work alongside colleagues and management to coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills, as well as a full UK driving license.
