The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership, with expertise in developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a regional sales strategy to drive sales growth and expand market share
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment to drive innovation and productivity
  • Making key decisions on product offerings, pricing, and promotions

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieving a sales target of around £2 million per annum

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
