About this opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team of Account Executives in the EMEA region. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by coaching your team to success in both closing inbound leads and expanding revenue within existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market SaaS sales, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of key performance drivers, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Coach and develop: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Account Executives, focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and account strategy.
- Performance management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize results.
- Sales strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with overall company goals.
- Build a culture of high performance, inclusion, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 7+ years in a sales leadership role managing a team focused on mid-market accounts.
- Excellent coaching skills with a passion for developing talent and driving individual growth.
- Sales acumen: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Experience with CRM: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities and track performance.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
