Northern Region Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to fill the role of Northern Region Sales Leadership Role at the Green Recruitment Company. Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing departments, and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the data centre business.
- A proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on leadership development and team empowerment.
