BDS (Northern) Limited is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Extra Care Retirement Living Service based in London.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in managing large-scale care services, ideally within a Registered Care background. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care, as well as experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery

The successful candidate will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification. Significant experience in supervising and managing small teams is essential, particularly within an organisation providing Social Care and/or Social Housing.

About the Team

This is a temp-to-perm role offering the opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding care. When you become permanent, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, holiday pay, and more.

Benefits also include a nine-day fortnight, allowing employees to work their hours across nine days, as well as full-time hours on Monday to Friday.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £52,636 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
