Leadership Role in Neuro-Disability Care

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished professional to fill the Leadership Role in Neuro-Disability Care within our esteemed neuro-disability service in London. This esteemed role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, extensive training & development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.

With over 150 years of experience in neuro-disability care, our team remains at the forefront of innovative and evidence-based practice. We provide expert support for individuals with a range of neurological conditions, including brain injury, spinal injuries, progressive conditions, and stroke.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, embodying excellence in clinical practice and leadership
- Drive the development of high-quality care pathways, leveraging complex clinical skills and expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families, fostering a culture of trust and respect
- Contribute to the growth and development of junior staff, guiding them towards achieving their full potential
Successful candidates will hold a current registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin and possess a strong background in complex care, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
