Job Overview

The Care Leadership Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join Choice Care Group, a leading residential care provider for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team in creating a safe, positive, and happy environment for all residents. As a Care Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and daily running of the home, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior care leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
