Job Title: Care Leadership Specialist

We are hiring a dedicated and passionate Care Leadership Specialist to join our team in South East England, London. As a Care Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for making a positive impact on the lives of children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties or Learning Difficulties.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and management, with a Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. A competitive salary starting at £60,000 + dependant on experience, up to £65,000 is offered along with a comprehensive relocation package to support your move to east London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership and management to ensure the smooth operation of our Residential Children's Home settings
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the welfare and safety of children
  • To recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children
  • To work collaboratively with external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children
