Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals providing high-quality care to children in residential settings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain open communication channels with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
