At Cygnet Health Care, we are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Leadership Professional to spearhead our Eating Disorder Services team at Sunrise Ward in Ealing. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to patients with eating disorders or personality disorders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring that high standards of clinical care and documentation are consistently met. You will work closely with junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all clinical aspects of the ward and facilitate effective communication between departments
  • Implement policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance across the team
  • Lead by example, setting a positive tone for your team and driving results through collaborative efforts

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A valid NMC registration and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior nursing position
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing others
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and the latest nursing practices
