Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Leadership Manager to join our team at Second Nature. As a seasoned professional in healthcare leadership, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring our high-performing team of health coaches and managers.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in digital health technology, extensive people management experience, and a passion for mentoring and developing junior managers. You will also require exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage team performance and optimise service delivery using internal quality monitoring measures and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) that requires the successful candidate to work autonomously or collaboratively, and have proven experience using technology for team reporting and data analysis. Some highlights of the job include:
  • Driving operational excellence through standout skills in operations, data reporting, and project management.
  • Spearheading new initiatives designed to optimise health coaching services and improve efficiency.
  • Fostering critical thinking and empowering other managers as well as health coaches to excel in their roles.

Our estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
