Nephrology Healthcare Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Dialysis Nurse to take on a senior leadership role as a Clinic Manager in a Dialysis Clinic in the UK.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical team, developing and implementing operational strategies to improve clinic performance and efficiency, and ensuring high-quality patient care outcomes. They will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinic performance and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be NMC registered with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Hold a valid NMC Registration with no restrictions.
  • Have at least 5 years' experience working as a Renal Dialysis Nurse in the UK.
  • Have experience managing a clinic team.
