Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Support Manager to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering high-quality care support services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for line managing care workers, assessing and reviewing individual services, and providing practical supervision and support. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for this position, as some field-based work is involved. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about community care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of care workers and provide guidance on their performance
  • Assess and review individual services to ensure they meet the highest standards
  • Provide practical supervision and support to care workers
