We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-profile region and drive sales growth through effective team management and recruitment.

  • Lead a team of Business/Account Managers and Beauty Consultants across the London region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve retail sales targets for all stores within the region.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales growth.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve productivity and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a field management role, ideally with central London experience.
