About the Role

">We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Sales Team Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth in the UK market while leveraging your expertise in sales leadership and client relationship-building. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the UK sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and customer service efforts.
  5. Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their performance and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
