About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Director. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing teams selling to small, medium, and large enterprises.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Lead a Team of Sales Representatives: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build Relationships with Key Decision-Makers: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
  • Recruit and Hire New Salespeople: Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople to build and maintain a strong sales force
  • Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and identify new opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales either in software, retail, real estate, recruitment or other relevant industries, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and selling to small and large organizations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Salary and Benefits:
