Job Title: Dental Receptionist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Update patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate care packages and communicate with patients and clinicians
- Promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software
- Previous experience with promoting company products and services
