Dental Receptionist Role at Bupa Dental Care
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, and updating patient records.
- Coordinating care packages for patients and promoting Bupa Dental Care products and services.
- Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team in ensuring the practice runs smoothly.
- Handling payments and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Experience promoting company products and services.
