Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional patient service and support to our dental team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient flow, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet Patients
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
• Appointment Coordination
  • Manage patient schedules, book appointments, and update records as needed.
• Patient Communication
  • Communicate effectively with patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
• Financial Transactions
  • Process patient payments, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Confidentiality and Security
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous Experience
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Organizational Skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
• Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
