About the Role:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
- Utilize CRM system to update customer information and track interactions

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
