Parker Smith Inclusion is a leading provider of specialist education services, and we are excited to offer an innovative SENCO position in our Lambeth-based SEN school. As an experienced SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's SEND provision, ensuring that every pupil receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

About the School

Our school prides itself on its nurturing environment, designed to meet the unique needs of students with special educational needs. With a dedicated and experienced leadership team, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious SENCO to join us in January.

The successful SENCO will be responsible for the strategic development of SEND provision, ensuring the school complies with SEND policies and delivers high-quality support to every pupil. You will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide exceptional SEND support.

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), proven experience as a SENCO in a school setting, particularly working with children with SEMH and other special educational needs. A deep understanding of EHCP processes and ability to manage annual reviews are essential. You must have excellent organisational skills, a genuine passion for inclusive education, and a commitment to helping young people achieve their potential.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
