Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional SENCO to join our client school in Hillingdon. The successful candidate will have:

  • QTS and/or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • A recognised qualification in SEN, such as NASENCo or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading SEN provision in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the school's SEN provision, ensuring compliance with SEND regulations and policies.
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide high-quality support for students with SEN.
  • Assessing student needs, developing IEPs, and monitoring progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes and attainment.
