Responsibilities:
  1. Visionary Leadership: Develop a compelling vision for the school, driving growth, and improvement in educational standards.
  2. Inspiring Others: Motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences, promoting high expectations for all learners.
  3. Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and improving outcomes for learners.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Leadership Background: A minimum of 3 years' experience as Deputy Head teacher in a SEND environment, with evidence of successful leadership.
  2. School Improvement Focus: A proven commitment to school improvement, including collaboration with other schools.
  3. Operational Capabilities: A working knowledge of school finances, curriculum development, and operational planning.
  4. Partnership Building: Experience working closely with the Governing Body and Local Authority to support school improvement.

The estimated salary for this position is up to £101,067 per year on a full-time, all-year-round basis.
