Leadership Role: SENCO

We are seeking an exceptional SENCO to lead our SEN department in a lovely school in Redbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEN policies and procedures, conducting assessments, and providing training and support on SEN-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEN policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt curricula and teaching methods.
  3. Provide training and support on SEN-related issues.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN interventions.
  5. Ensure all safeguarding and child protection protocols are strictly followed.

Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialized training in Special Educational Needs.
  2. In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
