Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of the project, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.

Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical aspects align with project goals and standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer's high standards.

Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the smooth progression of the project.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all technical work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, technical specifications, and compliance reports.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and technical standards specific to high-end residential developments.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team, with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
