Job Summary

A highly skilled Senior HR Advisor is required to join our HR Operations team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations cases, ensuring timely and exceptional service delivery to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice on employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management, and organizational change.
  • Take the initiative to identify and deliver solutions for improvements to service delivery.
  • Engage and upskill stakeholders to improve management competences and avoid litigation.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects that add value to HR Operations processes and RHN stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Robust background in employee relations and strong understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation.
  • Direct line management responsibility for a HR Assistant.
  • Ability to work on-site in Putney, South West London for 3 days a week.
