HR Advisor

We are recruiting for a HR Advisor (generalist) to work closely with the HR Manager, assisting with all aspects of the employee life cycle.
**Technical skills and expertise**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a generalist role with an interest in recruitment
- Previous experience of working in a law firm or professional services
- CIPD qualification desirable
- Previous experience of Cascade HR- desirable
- Experience of HR and ATS system
- Experience of Docusign and right to work check software (Experian)
**The Role**
Duties include but not limited to:
- Maintain and update HR database (Cascade);
- Administration of employee benefit schemes;
- Managing recruitment and on-boarding - Production of vacancy advertisements, sifting CVs, arrange interviews and pre-employment tests, manage vacancies within the recruitment database, produce employment documents and induction packs and pre-employment screening;
- Work closely with departments on their recruitment needs;
- Assist with ad hoc projects, undertaking research and production of reports;
- Assist in the maintenance of all HR related policies and procedures;
- Updating, recording and reporting using the HR system;
- Production of letters and other correspondence;
- Administration of starters and leaver information;
- Internal communication of staff changes: new starters, leavers, transfers, trainee rotations, maternity leave/return etc.;
- Administration of annual appraisals as appropriate; and
- Support the Head of People with ED&I and Wellbeing initiatives.
