Our neuro-disability service is highly specialised, supporting people with a range of neurological conditions, including brain injury, spinal injuries, progressive conditions, and stroke. To ensure our patients receive the best possible care, we offer internal and external training courses to every member of the nursing team.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical oversight to fellow nurses on shift
- Work closely and collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
- Attend all training and engage in continuing professional development to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing excellence
- Assist with performance management of junior staff, following our organisation's policies and procedures
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin and a background in neuro-disability/neuro rehab. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, we would love to hear from you.
